Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

• Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): calculated at checkout
• Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days): calculated at checkout

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at evkmgmt@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
